Percy Pape, the Human Skeleton, was born in the early 1920s and grew up in Lima, Ohio. Born into wealth, he loved show biz and loved performing when his health permitted. He worked for Ringling Brothers during the 1940s, and also exhibited at Hubert's Freak Museum and Flea Circus in New York City. His weight varied from 68 - 71 pounds.
