This little lady appears to be from France although her show name sounds Arabic in origin. Usually, when the head is shaved it's to show off an odd-looking skull. But Asra's skull is normal-shaped so maybe it was shaved because that looks odd! Her manager / handlers appear to have to steady her for the picture-taking, indicating she was lacking in motor skills? The photo in the palm of the hand looks phony. She wasn't that small. Asra at eighteen years of age is under 26 inches in height.
