Bare-Chest With Eagles

Finely-detailed chest tattoos on this fresh-faced young man. It appears to be a tattoo of an eagle attacking another bird (or eagle) below which is a dog (or calf?) head over heels-- perhaps being dropped from the second bird's talons?
