The Philipino Wonder

Almost frightening photo of a man with only one leg and no arms shaving his face with foot. Looks like he's going to slice off his own nose. (See another image of this performer, #2724, dated 1918). Unnnamed here, the performer is most probably Cipriano Maghanoy as discovered recently on a rare Coney Island postcard (#2798).
