Forrest Layman, "Armless Wonder," performed in the late 1920's and early 1930's. He was Robert Ripley's shows in 1936, and at the World Circus Sideshow in Coney Island, as well as at the 1939 New York World's Fair with Dufour & Rogers' "Strange As it Seems Show".

Layman also appeared with Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Sideshow in the 1940s.
