Mounted Photo. Very rare, probably one-of-a-kind (7x10" trimmed from a larger mount) personal or family photo of the famed and first of Barnum's Circassians. Posed in a beautiful dress, with exotic earrings, necklace, rings and bracelets, Miss Agra has startlingly large and beautiful eyes, despite not looking like the Circassian character she played for dime museum audiences. This photo came accompanied by a 1953 letter from her son, Robert Bruce.
