Howard performed in the 1920s and 30s, including with the cast of the 1929 and 1932 vaudeville show Wonderland Circus "Singer's Congress of Freaks." A one-off comment from a website claims he was the uncle of Grady Stiles, Jr. Little else is known about Howard other than the limited information from his pitchbook, and a banner of his owned by a well-known sideshow collector.
