Large & Morgner "Two Men and Two Legs"
This unusualy sized (9-1/2" x 11-3/16") large format, 4-page folded booklet prepared for show bookers and theatre owners presents these two one-legged comedic acrobats who offered a unique and bizarre novelty act. The front of this 1936 ad piece shows Foy Large and Frank Morgner in top hats and wearing a single, shared cape. Their two legs and two of their arms are revealed. The interior spread contains many laudatory press notices. The back cover displays a reproduction of a Ripley's Believe It Or Not cartoon featuring the performers.
