Not much is known about the performer other than the photo published in 1919 in Germany showing him drinking an aquarium which contains frogs and fish. A caption on the back of the original German photo says: "Girobollo drinks a bucket of water approx. 15 liters and then an aquarium with its living content: fish, frog, and salamander." (Girobollo trinke eine Eimer Wasser ca. 15 litere und nachher ein aquarium mit seinnem lebendem inhalt: fische frosche salamander)
