Tintype. A tintype made from a rephotographed Dauguereotype in a half case of a man with multiple pendulous growths from his forehead covering the upper left part of his face including his left eye. His face has been given a slight handcolored pink blush, and he is dressed prosperously, and stares with the uncovered eye as if to say "this is me-- I am a resolute man."
