Double view of Smithy who has an incredible "peacock woman" back piece, a kewpie doll and baby elephant on her arm, spider wens behind her knees, patriotic and beautiful women (including a nurse) on her legs. Tattoo supplier "Waters, Detroit" inked into the negative printed over her dress. On verso: Overprinted: "Waters Mf'g./Complete tattooing outfits./office and factory, 1050 Randolph St., DETROIT, MICH." Also an attempt to black-out the postcard publisher "J.J. BeckerJr., Davenport, Iowa."
