Features a Napolean-looking uniformed man riding on a flea. “Emollit Mores Nec Sinit Esse Feros” which translates to “Learning humanizes character and does not permit it to be cruel.” Bertollotto uses the come on: "To those who doubt, Flea say-- Pay not before, You've seen our wondrous feats-- Then doubt no more."
