Prague "Mercy House" with Hydrocephalic Child

Rare subject on this CZECH card with hydrocephalic child, dwarf boy, and boy on crutches-- all supposedly 17 years old. Card was used to raise money-- i.e. by showing freaks and the handicapped. Really no different than so called Pity Cards sold by handicapped travelers in the United States.
