The remarkable performer, billed here as "The Philipino Wonder" has one leg and two small phocomelian arm appendages without hands. Postmarked 1918, Fort Bliss Texas. (See another image of this performer, #279). Unnnamed here, the performer is Cipriano Maghanoy, as discovered recently on a rare Coney Island postcard (#2798).
