Printed Photo Pitchcard, on thinner card stock. Otis shown smiling on this pitchcard produced by Bradshaw before taking over the Coney Island Sideshow in 1985. The card is overprinted on the front "OTIS THE 'FROG MAN'" The later version of this card used at Coney Island has the same photo with "Human Cigarette Factory" printed on front and a bio on the back.
