Major Chas. Gantz

Printed Photo Postcard. Gantz is show in two views here-- one being held aloft on one hand by a large policeman, and the second sitting on a stone wall. On verso, his bio: "MAJOR CHAS. GANTZ. 'The Wonder' who is without doubt the smallest man on earth, was born on a farm near Fairfield, Iowa, August 27, 1865. He traded and dealt in stock there until 30 vears old, when he then decided to go out on exhibition. His weight is 30 pounds, is 18 inches in height, wears a No. 7 hat and a child's No. 9 shoe. His parents are normal size.
