Madam Sirwell's Novelty Flea Circus

Handsome looking woman with serious look in her gaze sits in front of a table laid out with her flea circus accoutrements, including a carousel, a "flea doghouse," a bicycle, a circus wagon, and various other items. Madam Sirwell travelled with "The Mammoth Marine Hippodrome" from 1935-1940 a railroad show which featured a 68-Ton Whale on a flat car, a giant octopus, penguins, "Serpentina The Serpent Girl" presented as the mermaid, "Sea Tiny." In its later incarnation the show included Mimi Garneau, the sword swallower.
