Lillie Tobin "The Original Lady Glasseater"

Miss Lillie, a lovely glasseating performer, stands in this Charles EISENMANN cabinet card studio portrait, holding what appears to be a heavy metal curtain rod with a finial on its end. What the significance of this object is is unknown. She wears a white linen sack dress printed with flowers, hoop earrings and a double row of large beads in a choker necklace......Lillie appeared at The Grand Museum in. NYC October 1890, as per the NY Clipper.
