Jean "Jimmie" Holland, Female Impersonator
Dressed in elegantly gaudy feathered headdress, Ms. Holland was obviously a star in the world of impersonators. She may have also worked in girl shows, and as a "Half-and-Half," as the card is signed on the back to Anna John Budd, a well-known "Half-and-Half" and female impersonator. On verso: Autographed in pencil: "To Anna and Benny Van, with every kind wish, Jean Holland, Jimmie, February 11, 1946. Published by "CAMPBELL'S ORCAJO PHOTO ARTS, DAYTON, OHIO.", From the Anna John Budd Collection.
