To be seen alive!] Publisher "Lutze & Vogt, Berlin SW. 19."..................DIRKE (Dirce) was the Naiad-nymph of the spring of Dirke near Thebes in Boiotia (central Greece). Her waters were sacred to the god Dionysos.
