Forrest Layman, "Armless Wonder," appeared in the late 1920's and early 1930's at the World Circus Sideshow in Coney Island, as well as at the 1939 New York World's Fair with Dufour & Rogers' "Strange As it Seems Show". Layman also appeared with Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Sideshow.
