Victoria was billed as (of course) the "Smallest Woman In The World" when she travelled with her agent Charles M. Abrahams in the 1910's through Europe, Canada, Australia and Asia. She was know as "The Miniature Madam Melba."

(Dame Nellie Melba, aka Madam Melba, was an opera diva born in Melbourne, Australia in 1866. She is known even today as one of Australia's most famous women. Her reputation for scandal, as the mistress of the Pretender to the French throne, did not overshadow her artistic achievement, nor her incredible wealth and legend.)
