Minnie Warren was born with dwarfism, as Huldah Pierce Bump in 1848. She was the sister of Lavinia Warren, aka Mrs. Tom Thumb. She was married to Edward J. Newell "General Grant. Jr." and was part of the "Fairy Wedding" party for her sister's wedding to Tom Thumb. She appeared on the arm of Commodore Nutt.

She performed with the Thumbiana & Liliputian Opera Company, and died 1875.
