Born with the genetic disease ichthyosis, Mildred's case was probably mild when she was younger, only getting more severe as she aged. She seems to have entered the business in the late-1950's, though the exact year is unknown. She is most well-known as the wife of legendary sideshow performer Bill "The Three-Eyed Man" Durks.
