In addition to his sideshow role as a Pinhead, Julius Graubart also appears as one of the Beast-Men in the classic 1932 film Island of Lost Souls with Charles Laughton and Bela Lugosi. Also appearing as one of the Beast-Men is noted Strongman Joe Bonomo who was also a Hollywood stunt double, most famously for Lon Chaney in The Hunchback of Notre Dame.
