Printed Photo Pitchcard. Nelson is billed as "WORLD'S HOMELIEST MAN," and has a very interesting look, with strange skin strips hanging from chin and neck, and a ring through his nose. Nelson appeared with Johnny Jones in 1928, as written on the face of this card.
