Unusual format snapshot (4.5" x 3") of the Albino Patton sisters. Doris [?] plays the accordian, and Thelma [?] plays the ukelele. On verso, written in pencil: "Thelma & Doris, Albino Twins, age 27, Born in Atlantic City, NJ." and oddly "Hello Ward, got room for another roomate[?]? Joe E. Hilton"........... Joe E. Hilton was a sideshow owner and operator in the 1930s primarily with Happyland Show.
