Docen[']s Freak Animal Oddities Ticket

Charles Docen had the Freak Animal Show on World of Mirth in the late-1930s. This ticket-- "Special Complimentary Ticket..... Forty Believe It Or Not, All Alive - - - All Living"-- probably from the winter of 1937 takes advantage of the Ripley's trademarked name. This show was probably set-up with Store Show operator F.W. Miller's help. F.W. Miller Collection........Docen owned and operated Freak Animal shows starting in 1920, and had a show with his wife in Coney Island in the 30s, and also had a show at The Century of Progress in Chicago in 1933.
