From Quasi-Modo.net: "Moko's presentation was an unusual one for a performer with microcephaly. Usually 'pinheads' were exhibited as wild people or 'Aztecs.' Considering that he was advertised as being a throw-back one would expect Moko to be dressed in leopard skins or some such outfit. Perhaps by dressing him neatly his manager thought this would cause even more confusion / amusement in the audience and make for an even greater draw."
