Born in 1937 in Bristol, Connecticut, Johnny Meah is a true Renaissance man of the midway. Painter, sword-swallower, author, fire eater, showman, consultant to film and television, jazz musician, and raconteur extraordinaire, Johnny is the also the last of the great sideshow banner painters.
