Duchess Leona M. Parks was known as "The Beautiful Miniature."
She appeared at The Dreamland Circus Sideshow.
Leona was also part of the troops of Les Marechal Midgets; Johnny J. Jones Midgets; Singer’s Midgets; and she was in the 1939 film "The Wizard of Oz."
