"Congo, Headhunter and Wildman" [Congo, The Man-Ape]

Remarkable African "jungle man" with sadly goofy countenance-- he appears to be mentally challenged. He holds a chimp on his lap, wears a fur skirt and skull necklace with bones. He is identified by name in a much later view on a real photo postcard as "Congo, The Man Ape." (See catalogue #2209).
