Zip "What Is it?" at Coney Island

Important as a document of Zip at Coney Island, this poorly printed and muddy portrait of Zip holding a clenched fist over his head is printed on an unusually thick card stock. The sobriquet "What Is It" is overlaid on the bottom of the card as if from a typewriter with a worn out ribbon. The two-sided pitchcard has an extensive biography on its verso, mentioning that Zip has been at Dreamland Circus Sideshow for 5 years, making date of this card about 1923.
