Kronos "The Superman" Souvenir Bent Nails

These fascinating and highly unique souvenirs are a true hybrid oddity from performer Paul Kronos, a strongman billed as "The Superman." Combining a celluloid button-- which would typically be backed with a stick pin-- and a 4-inch common nickel-plated nail, they were used as advertising giveaways for "Kronos, The Superman's" appearance at the "Palace-Orpheum" Theatre "Week Nov. 4th." The attached nail was bent and twisted into a circle by the hand of the strongman to show his strength.......
