Rose's Royal Midgets Playbill/Program (4 Pages)

This 4-page, single folded sheet (5.5x8.5") illustrated playbill/program for this famed Midget Show, "Rose’s Royal Midgets," is from the early 1930's and featured 25 different Little People. This performance was at Sheridan Square Theatre in the East Liberty section of Pittsburgh, PA. Ike Rose had his first "Midget Review" in 1922, and did a tribute to Charles Lindbergh in 1929 that got a lot of good press. His troupes performed high-end vaudeville until 1935, when Ike died. His wife took over the show and ran it until about 1939.
